How We Minister: "... and to Love People"

When you come to Gambrell Street, you feel like you are part of a family. You know you are welcome. You find that there are many opportunities to grow. And you come to understand that you are needed for ministry to others. If you invest yourself fully into the fellowship, you will become a true disciple.

There are ministry opportunities for everyone. Gambrell Street offers specialized ministries for children, youth and adults, including the homebound. There are opportunities for Bible study, intercessory prayer, evangelism, music, missions study, fellowship -- in all areas of spiritual growth.

Not only are we concerned about the growth of our church members, we care about our community, both near and far. Gambrell Street has begun numerous missions expressions. Currently, there are two language-specific groups that meet on our church campus: Iglesia Bautista GĂ©nesis and First Japanese Baptist Mission. Also, we oversee a house-church ministry, a chapel at the American Legion post and a nursing home ministry. We strongly support missions. Our offerings support missionaries through cooperative local, state, national and global missions efforts.

Gambrell Street tries to minister to all people, to love all people. However, we cannot do all of it the way that we would hope. We need you to help make us more complete.
