Bible Study
Bible study is a primary emphasis at Gambrell. Every Sunday morning at 9:15 we gather in small groups to study God's word. Our Sunday School teachers are well-prepared and nurturing. Come, and we will help find a class for you.
The Bible is the primary source-material for each Sunday worship service. Many biblical threads are woven together in every service. The sermon, scripture passages read aloud, all the hymns, choral music, instrumental music, times of silent meditation -- every moment in worship is intended to direct the worshipers to focus upon God and to discern God's message to us.
On Wednesday evenings, our pastor leads a study of a scripture passage or a Biblical topic for all adults during the 6 o'clock hour. These are in-depth studies of interpretation and practical application for the Christian.
